Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on our advertised goods. UK mainland watches are normally sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked and insured; we may use another suitably secure carrier where appropriate. International shipping is usually arranged by DHL or another insured service, with price, taxes and delivery times confirmed before your order is finalised. Contact us about any urgent deadlines.

14-day cancellation right for distance purchases

For a qualifying UK consumer purchase made online, by telephone or by another distance-selling method, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This applies to both Retail and Pre-Retail purchases, subject to any statutory exception.

Notify info@tempvswatches.com of cancellation. Return the goods to Tempvs Ltd, 36 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8EB. Please use an appropriately insured, tracked return service. For a change-of-mind cancellation, you must pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not offer free change-of-mind returns. We recommend contacting us for safe handling guidance, but advance authorisation is not required to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

Refunds are made without undue delay and, where the goods are being returned, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier, subject to the applicable law. Standard outbound delivery costs paid by you are also reimbursed where required. We may deduct any legally recoverable reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the watch.

Retail and Pre-Retail warranty distinction

Retail watches: an additional 12-month Tempvs commercial warranty applies only when explicitly confirmed for the particular watch on its listing or sale documentation. Do not infer a service history, waterproof status or commercial warranty from the Retail category alone.

Pre-Retail watches: authenticated and individually described in their current condition, normally before routine cosmetic preparation or servicing. No additional Tempvs 12-month commercial warranty is included. Please read every disclosed fault and mechanical test result. Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable distance-selling cancellation and faulty-goods rights, remain unaffected.
