Sell or part-exchange your watch

Tell us about your watch and share clear photographs. We can consider a direct purchase or part exchange, subject to inspection, ownership checks and agreement on value.

Source a particular watch

If a reference is not in our current stock, we can make enquiries through our established trade network. Sourcing is subject to availability and agreed terms.

Watch insurance valuations

Ask about valuations for insurance and replacement purposes. We will explain the scope, price and information required before proceeding.

After-sales assistance

For a watch already purchased, find guidance about returns, statutory consumer rights, and any commercial warranty expressly agreed for that watch.
