Vintage Rolex GMT Master from 1963, with an incredibly rarer original gilt 'exclamation' dial.
The dial is aged throughout, with some lume plots faded more than others, and displays signs of age and use.
The remnants on the dot under the 6 o'clock baton (forming the shape of an exclamation mark) signify a reduced radium strength, as found toward the latter years of Rolex's radium use on dials, prior to the switch over to tritium.
Both the serial number and reference number are clearly legible.
The case is in good condition, with signs of use throughout, with the lugs still wide.
The hands are 70's service replacement hands, as is the bezel insert.
